YOUR ORDER

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to make a return, eligible online orders may be returned by mail—provided items are unwashed, unworn, and in sellable condition. Merchandise that is defective may also be returned if it remains unwashed and unworn, and is accompanied by a valid receipt. For hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or worn. 

• Return      Window: We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date or      delivery date, whichever is later.
• Product      Condition: All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with all      original tags attached, and in marketable condition.
• Exceptions:     Items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or      exchange.

 Return      Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the      customer.
